Seven Persons is a hamlet in Alberta, Canada within Cypress County.[2] It is located approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) southwest of Medicine Hat on Highway 3 and has an elevation of 755 metres (2,477 ft).
The hamlet is located in census division No. 1 and in the federal riding of Medicine Hat.

It was founded by Cyril Ogston in the 19th century. It was part of the great migration of Mormons leaving the United States in an attempt for religious freedom as the United States created laws that did not let them practice polygamy, a part of their religion at the time.
As of 2006, Seven Persons had a total population of 239 living in 86 dwellings. With a land area of 0.50 km2 (0.19 sq mi), it has a population density of 475.6 /km2 (1,232 /sq mi).[1]
Industry Canada shows that Seven Persons' greater rural area had a total population of 747 living in 246 dwellings in 2001. With a land area of 446.0 km2 (172.2 sq mi), its greater rural area has a population density of 1.0 /km2 (2.6 /sq mi).[3]
